Getting started is easy and personal. At Love Furry Babies, we believe every pet deserves care tailored to their unique personality and routine. That’s why your FREE initial Meet & Greet takes place before the first unattended Pet Check-In. It gives you and Sally a chance to meet, allows Sally to meet your furry baby while you are there, and helps everyone become comfortable with each other. It also allows Sally to learn your pet’s needs, feeding routine, favorite toys, and any special instructions.

Your initial Meet & Greet is completely free of charge and usually takes about 10–15 minutes. Once you’re an established Pet Check-In client and your pet has met Sally, scheduling a recurring, scheduled, same-day, or emergency Pet Check-In is as simple as sending a quick text or email.

The best time to create your backup plan is before you need it. When you can’t be there, we can!

🌧️ Rainy Day Policy

At Love Furry Babies, your pet’s safety and comfort always come first — no matter the weather. During heavy rain, thunderstorms, or unsafe outdoor conditions, Pet Check-Ins will focus on indoor care and enrichment instead of outdoor potty time or walks.

If your dog typically goes outside, we’ll do our best to provide a quick potty break using our umbrella, go under covered areas or wait for a light drizzle break when safe. For indoor pets, we’ll spend extra time giving comfort, playtime, or companionship to help ease weather-related stress.

You’ll always receive a photo and message update if we need to adjust the visit due to weather. We appreciate your understanding that our top priority is keeping your furry baby safe, dry, and calm.

🧼 Clean-Up Policy (Indoor Accidents)

Accidents happen — and that’s okay! If your pet has an indoor accident before or during our visit, Love Furry Babies will clean the affected area as best as possible to maintain your home’s hygiene and your pet’s comfort.

To help us care for your home properly, please leave clear instructions on where your cleaning supplies, paper towels, pet-safe cleaners, and trash bins are located. If you have preferred products or methods (for example, for hardwood floors or specific rugs), please let us know during your initial meet-and-greet.

Our goal is to leave your home fresh, your pet comfortable, and your mind at ease — no matter what the day brings.

Occasionally, pet owners may be home due to illness or in a cast. If this is the case, please inform us when you contact us. For everyone’s safety, we’ll complete the Pet Check-In – but we’ll text you upon arrival to let you know we’re there.
